Important Changes
The Declarations and Payment screen has changed. As from 1 April 2022, retailers MUST charge a 25p levy for ALL carrier bags (irrespective of their material) with a retail price of £5 or less.
Please note: If you have outstanding quarters, you may be required to declare and pay for quarters with different levy amounts i.e. all quarters prior to the 1 April 2022 will attract the 5p levy, however from the 1 April 2022 all future quarters will attract the 25p levy.
