I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it to a new password.

You will be asked during the password reset to enter a security question and answer.

When you next log into the site you should use this new password.

There is no limit to the number of times you can reset your password.

How do I change my contact details

You can change your contact details using the Known Facts screen.

Please note that these details are what we use as the billing address for the Levy Payer.

How do I change my payment details

Payment details are not stored on this system in order to prevent theft.

Each time you make a levy payment you will be asked to select a payment type.

A separate process is available for each payment type and you will be given instructions when you select a given payment type.

Any further specific payment information will be gathered at this point and will be used during that payment round only. It will not be retained in any way on our system.

Because of this, should you stop part way through a payment process you will need to begin it again from the start.
